Here’s what you need to make this cake:
1 and ½ cup of chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (Crumble about  30 chocolate wafers and cookies to give you the measurement ).
3 tbsp of sugar
¼ cup of butter or margarine (melted)
4 packages of softened cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 package of flaked coconut
1 package of milk chocolate chips
½ cup of toasted almonds (Slivered)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips/morsels
Toasted chopped almonds and shaved chocolate for garnishing

How to prepare it:
1. Crust: To form crust, in a mixing bowl, stir together the chocolate wafer cookie crumbs, sugar and melted butter or margarine; pour mixture into the bottom of a 10-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
2. Filling:  Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar at medium speed using an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in coconut and milk chocolate chips, toasted almonds and vanilla extract. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, gently turn it out on a cake tray.
3.  Decorating: Place the sweet chocolate chips/morsels in a re-sealable plastic bag or icing piping bag: then seal. Submerge bag in warm water until morsels melt. Snip a tiny hole in 1 corner of bag; Drizzle or pipe the chocolate over the cheese cake. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
4. Storage: Store in a refrigerator or up to 5 days. Garnish as desired.
Tip: Before baking, line the pan with butter to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan. Thus, the cake can be easily removed when baking is done.

Now your coconut-chocolate-almond cheesecake is ready!!
