Home Remedies For Common Cold

The cold season is here and so is your common cold. Don’t worry. Don’t let that nasty cold get the best of you. Follow these simple remedies and clear up your stuffy nose and soothe your scratchy throat:

1. HOT GINGER TEA:

Feeling stuffed up and yucky? Try taking ginger tea which is delicious, warming, and just a little spicy. The tea helps a lot in curing common cold because you’re getting extra fluids, which your body needs desperately when fighting off an illness, and breathing in the steam vapors can also help loosen up any congestion you may be expecting.

2. STEAM:

One of the best ways to kick cold is steam. It is an instant fix for a stuffy nose. Just make some steam and steam your stuffy nose out.

3. MAKE A HONEY – ONION SYRUP:

The honey is wonderful for healing a sore throat while the onion works its wonders through antibacterial and anti-inflammatory actions. Try it and see its effect.

4. SORE THROAT GARGLE:

To help clear up a sore throat, gargle with a mixture of sage, apple cider vinegar, and salt. The salt, through that magical force we call osmosis, will draw excess fluid out of the tissues in your throat that has been causing uncomfortable swelling. This remedy is perfect at its job. Try it and thank me later!
