How To Prepare Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Hey guys, here is another great and healthy smoothie I learnt recently.

Its a simple strawberry oatmeal smoothie which is also great to include in your breakfast. Its healthy, appetizing, cheap and takes only 5 minutes to prepare!

To make your own Strawberry Oatmeal  Smoothie for Breakfast or other mealtime. Here is what you need:

 a) 14 frozen strawberries  

b) 1 cup soy milk  

c) 1/2 cup rolled oats   

d) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  

e) 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar  

f) 1 banana, broken into chunks

Here are the steps to prepare Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie:

1. In a blender, mix strawberries, soy milk, banana, and oats.
2. Add sugar and vanilla if needed.
3. Blend until it becomes smooth.
4. Pour it into glasses.
5. Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie is ready to serve now.
