How To Prepare Corn/Avocado/Cucumber Salad

I have as of late created love for organic products/vegetable salads. 

It's not simply inviting, its a sound and rich delicacy that will leave you asking for additional. 

Today, I need to show you a basic method to set up a basic vegetable salad. 

This directly from the nursery vegetable salad is something you will love to have on your plate. 

It's anything but difficult to make, and it won't take you much effort to plan. 

This is what you need: 

½ cup finely diced red onion. 

3 tablespoons newly crushed lime juice. 

Salt and pepper. 

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 

½ teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and coarsely ground. 

2 cups delicate, little corn parts. 

2 enormous firm-ready avocados. 

2 cups cut cucumbers. 

12 cherry tomatoes, divided or quartered. 

Little bundle purslane or watercress. 

Bunch of mint leaves, generally slashed. 

2 ounces queso fresco or mellow feta, disintegrated. 

Spot of squashed red pepper. 

You can get all these in a superstore, shopping centre or even Konga showcase!

In a medium bowl, consolidate diced onion, lime juice and a liberal spot of salt and pepper. Relax it by splashing for 5 minutes, at that point rush in olive oil and toasted cumin. 

Include corn parts and a spot of salt, and throw to cover. 

Cut avocados in thick cuts and partition among 4 plates, masterminding them in an arbitrary example. Top with the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle softly with salt. 

Encompass with twigs of purslane. 

Include a fourth of the corn and squeezes over every salad. 

Enhancement with mint, queso fresco and red pepper. 

Viola, your corn, avocado and cucumber vegetable salad is prepared!
